What if I told you that in thirty days, you could drastically alter your mentality such that achieving goals seemed as easy as lifting your finger?

It may sound ambitious but with changing perspectives, it becomes possible even in challenges.

In this post, I will share Five tips to keep you stay motivated. Do not let go of them, and your focus will not move away from achieving your targets. Without wasting much of the time, let us dive into it and start expanding ourselves to the fullest!

1. Set clear and specific goals.

A goal without a setting provides no purpose or direction, just as a bus without a destination cannot reach the stop. So set clear and specific goals. Goals provide you with motivation.

Setting goals is not a difficult task. You should do what makes you happy as long as it benefits both you and those around you. Then you can decide on your career. For example, if you enjoy writing, you could start a blog like mine. It is also beneficial to you and others who learn about their lives and hacks from your writings. In the next post, I will go over how to set goals in detail.

2. Start Small and Build Momentum.

After you have identified a goal, you must write it down and divide it into smaller chunks. Instead of saying, "I want to write a novel," you must dedicate at least 30 minutes per day Or three times per week. For example, you should write 100-500 words per day. It works well for all objectives. I will go into more detail about the next topic.

Achieving small wins creates positive reinforcement. Celebrate every moment, and take pride in yourself. The moment you start pursuing your goal, you take the first step toward success, making truly special among others.

3. Establish a Habit.

Consistency is everything. If you learn to make actions a habit, they will transform into actual habits and help you achieve your goals. Consistency reduces reliance on willpower because when you stay on track, the need for motivation diminishes.

Identify a specific time each day to work on your goal. As I previously stated, spend at least fifteen minutes each morning writing 100 words to complete the novel.

For instance, you must work out for 30 minutes each day if your goal is fitness. Four times a week at minimum.

4. Monitor your progress.

Without measurement, you can’t take the plunge. So, tracking helps you see how far you have come and keeps you motivated. In terms of fitness, if you work out for 30 minutes four days a week and you track your progress after six months, you will notice a slight change; if you track your progress after two years, you will notice a significant change, but only if you remain consistent.

Keep a daily log of your progress using a calendar, app, or journal. Celebrate any accomplishment, no matter how tiny.

5. Be in a positive mindset.

Your mindset is greatly influenced by your surroundings, which often shape your thoughts and actions. The last three steps are basic, but this is your core. If you decide to become a writer, you need to think like one and create an environment that supports your growth as a writer.

Have you heard about the Law of Attraction? It can completely transform your mindset. The idea is to visualize yourself as already being the writer or achieving the goal you desire. Practice this daily, dedicating at least an hour or even twice a day. I will share more details in an upcoming post.

If you keep doing this consistently, your mind will begin to believe that you are a writer. Eventually, without hesitation and without needing external motivation, you will naturally feel driven to start writing. All you have to do is train your mind to believe you’ve already achieved it.

To do that, you need three things:

1. Follow a motivational speaker who inspires you.

2. Read motivational stories here. Listen to a happy song or your favorite one.

3. And most importantly, bribe your brain with treats. Tell it, ‘If you let me write a page, I’ll give you a chocolate!’ It works wonders—brains love chocolate. (P.S. If chocolate doesn’t work, try coffee or pizza. But wait, what if your goal is dieting? In that case, scratch the bribe idea!)

Remember, you don’t need a perfect moment to start—you just need to start. Even if it’s one sentence a day. After all, Rome wasn’t built in a day, but at least the builders showed up with bricks!

If none of that works, there’s one last trick: partner with an accountability buddy. A good buddy will keep you on track, remind you of your goals, and maybe even laugh at your bad jokes while you’re at it

Final Thoughts
